Terms of Services
- Electrical Components & Requirements:
The prices stated in this proposal do not include any electrical components or related materials. All electrical items—such as switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, and any other equipment—must be selected and supplied directly by the client. Our team will coordinate installation only for the items provided, and any changes or additional electrical requirements requested during execution may affect the final schedule and cost. - Payment Terms & Financial Conditions:
To initiate the project, the client is required to provide a 75% advance payment of the total contract value. This payment serves as confirmation of the order and allows procurement and preparation to begin. The remaining 25% balance must be settled upon completion of the work and before final handover. No delivery or final installation will be scheduled unless the balance is cleared. Delays in payment may result in corresponding delays in project completion. - Sales Tax & Financial Compliance:
All prices listed are exclusive of the 14% sales tax. This tax will be applied in accordance with local regulations and added to the final invoice. The client is responsible for covering the full tax amount as per the applicable laws at the time of billing. - Scope of Work & Inclusions:
The quoted prices include supply and installation of the items specifically mentioned in the offer. Any accessory, component, or additional work not explicitly stated in this proposal is considered outside the scope and will require a separate quotation or variation order. This includes design changes, added units, upgrades, or replacement of materials requested after project commencement. - Offer Validity & Adjustments:
The pricing and terms outlined in this proposal remain valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issuance. After this period, cost adjustments may apply due to market price fluctuations, material availability, or changes in project requirements. To maintain the current pricing, the client is advised to confirm and proceed within the validity window. - Execution Timeline & Scheduling:
The estimated project execution period is 45 days, starting from the date the advance payment is received and confirmed. This duration covers procurement, fabrication (if applicable), coordination, and installation. Please note that unforeseen circumstances—such as site access limitations, modifications requested by the client, or delays caused by third parties—may impact the overall timeline. Any such changes will be communicated promptly. - Quantity Estimates & Final Measurements:
All quantities provided in this proposal are preliminary and based on the initial Bill of Quantities (BOQ). They serve as an approximate guide to pricing. The final quantities will be determined through on-site verification and actual installed measurements, conducted in coordination with the client or their representative. Final billing will reflect the exact quantities installed, in accordance with the project’s approved schedule and requirements.
